Anald Musonza is a qualified Hospitality and Tourism management graduate with over 20 years of experience in running businesses within the Southern African region. He has worked in Zimbabwe, Botswana and Zambia for some of the most successful corporates like Innscor Africa Fast foods Ltd t/a Simbisa Brands (Pizza Inn); African Sun Hotels (Elephant Hills Resort); Africa Albida Tourism Group (Victoria Falls Safari Lodge); Abercrombie & Kent’s Sanctuary Retreats Lodges & Camps (Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma); Chobe Marina Lodge, Kasane, Botswana and Shearwater Adventures Ltd, Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
Anald holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA in Entrepreneurship), Bachelor of Business Administration; Higher National Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management and is in his final year pursuing Doctorate in Business Management (PhD). He also holds various Diploma qualifications from University of South Africa (UNISA) and other technical qualifications in Tour Guiding; Boat Captain Certificate and in Diploma in Strategic Management month other qualifications.
He is a keen golfer and sits in various Board of Directors of a number of organizations; where he lends his experience for the common good.
RACHEAL MUSONZA
Managing Director
Racheal N Musonza is a Master of Business (MBA) holder with a Higher National Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Racheal has extensive experience in various Hospitality and Tourism Groups within Zimbabwe and Zambia. She started her career at Harare Sheraton Hotel (now Rainbow Towers) as an intern and after graduating from Hotel School she joined Africa Albida Tourism Group in the Reservation Department at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge before moving to African Sun Hotels Group where she worked as Food and Beverage Manager.
Racheal later joined Abercrombie & Kent t/a Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma in Livingstone, Zambia where she worked as Lodge Manager before returning back to Zimbabwe to join Shearwater Adventures Ltd t/a Carnivores Restaurants Ltd. Her overall role was to mage the food and beverage offering and also spearhead staff development and controls within this business.
Racheal has a passion for controls and figures , with entrepreneurship as a key strength as she runs a number of projects ranging from clothing retail shops, events management and décor outfit and also running a family owned 5-roomed Bed & Breakfast Lodge ( Rachie’s Place) in Victoria Falls.
She loves cake making and cake decoration; netball and is an avid marriage and wedding planner.
ARNOLD LANGTON JNR MUSONZA
Non-Executive Director
Arnold Langton Jnr Musonza is a Law School student with University of London’s Law School. He is a budding entrepreneur who runs a physical fitness & wellness centre in Victoria Falls (Fitness Vakuru Gym); a project he started when he was only 18 years of age. He is pursuing Law with a strong focus on Corporate Law and the hope is for him to add so much value to A Musonza Investments (Pvt) Ltd’s vision of Creating Generational Wealth.
Arnold Jnr is an avid golfer, an amateur rugby player and a music enthusiastic young man. He is a member of Toast Master Association, among other social engagements he enjoys.
